Returns Policy

At MARQUINOLEX, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@marquinolex.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form provided to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
